Understanding the unpleasant and unsatisfactory experiences in vehicle shopping, our founders figured there had to be a better way. They wanted something that not only used the Internet to streamline the buying process but also auto experts to add the human dimension that computers can't handle - things like listening to the customer's needs, negotiating with the dealer on pricing, taking the customer to the dealership to finalize the purchase, and more.
